NAC624.440. Classification C-27: Individual sewerage.

The Board will grant to qualified applicants a license in the specialty of individual sewerage. The Board designates such a license as a “classification C-27” license. A person who holds a classification C-27 license may lay and install individual systems for sewage disposal, including the installation of individual septic tanks and cesspools.
