NAC624.620. Notice of approval; security bond or cash deposit.

Following the acceptance, investigation and approval of an application, the Board will issue to the applicant a notice of approval. If the applicant does not furnish the required surety bond or cash deposit within 30 days after receiving the notice of approval, the application shall be deemed withdrawn unless the applicant requests and the Board grants an extension of time not to exceed an additional 30 days.
