NAC624.710. Notice of address change; probation in lieu of immediate suspension or revocation of license.

1. The address of an applicant or licensee which is on file with the Board shall be deemed to be his or her correct address. An applicant or licensee shall provide to the Board, within 30 days, written notice of any change of his or her address.

2. If the Board has grounds to suspend or revoke a contractor’s license or otherwise discipline a contractor, the Board may place the contractor on probation until the contractor completes his or her existing contracts and may thereafter suspend or revoke his or her license or otherwise discipline the contractor.
