NAC628.190. Renewal of permit.

Latest version.

Every permit, except temporary permits for nonresidents, may be renewed by payment of the prescribed renewal fee on or before January 31 of each year. After that time, a certificate holder or registrant may not lawfully practice public accounting in this State until all delinquent fees and penalties have been paid.
