The staff of the youth correctional services shall report to the Division information regarding any vocational training received by a child committed to or otherwise placed in the custody of the Division while in a placement facility or on parole using the following codes:

Code	Vocational Training

08	General vocational training.
09	Training to update employment skills.
10	Training to develop new employment skills.
11	Other vocational services.
