Reporting of Information by Youth Correctional Services |
NAC62H.370. Education or counseling for prevention of drug and alcohol abuse received.

- The staff of the youth correctional services shall report to the Division information regarding any education or counseling for the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse received by a child committed to or otherwise placed in the custody of the Division while in a placement facility or on parole using the following codes:
