The staff of the youth correctional services shall report to the Division information regarding any activities engaged in by a child committed to or otherwise placed in the custody of the Division while in a placement facility or on parole using the following codes:

Code	Activities

45	Recreational or athletic programs.
46	Community service.
47	Time served as a volunteer for the forestry crew of the Bureau of Land Management.
48	Time served as a volunteer for the fire crew of the Division of Forestry of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
