  • In addition to the information required by NAC 62H.320 to 62H.410, inclusive, the staff of the youth correctional services shall report to the Division if any of the following services were received by or activities were required of a child committed to or otherwise placed in the custody of the Division while on parole, using the following codes:

    Services of a foster home.

    Services of placement pursuant to a contract with the Division.

    Treatment for substance abuse.

    Treatment for problems with mental health.

    Participation in community services.

    Referrals for employment opportunities.

    Assistance in locating housing for a family.

    Payment of restitution to the family of the victim.

    Counseling for groups of parents on issues related to raising a family.

    Treatment for mental health issues common to persons who have committed a specific offense, administered through a program offered during the day outside of an institution.

    Specialized services performed by a private entity which has a contract with the Division to perform the services.

    Testing for general medical problems.
