NAC62H.530. Availability of information to certain state agencies.

A state agency which provides information to the Division pursuant to NAC 62H.010 to 62H.550, inclusive, may obtain any information collected pursuant to NAC 62H.010 to 62H.550, inclusive, from the central office of the Division in Las Vegas, Nevada. The information will be stored on computer and will be provided to a requesting agency electronically by modem or on a diskette.
