  • As used in paragraph (d) of subsection 2 of NRS 630.160, the term “progressive postgraduate education” does not include training received in the program commonly referred to as the “fifth pathway program,” which was established by the American Medical Association in 1971 to allow entry into the first year of graduate medical education in the United States to citizens of the United States who study at foreign medical schools.
