NAC630.275. Confidentiality of certain information regarding physicians, physician assistants, practitioners of respiratory care and perfusionists.

The Board will, pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 630.336, keep confidential all records relating to a program established by the Board to enable a physician, physician assistant, practitioner of respiratory care or perfusionist to correct:

1. A dependence upon alcohol or a controlled substance; or

2. Any other impairment which could result in the revocation of his or her license.
