NAC630A.520. Medical competency examination: Authority of Board.

If the Board has reason to believe that the conduct of any advanced practitioner of homeopathy has raised a reasonable question as to his or her competence to practice as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy with reasonable skill and safety to patients, the Board may order an examination of the advanced practitioner of homeopathy to determine his or her fitness to practice as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy. When such action is taken, the reasons for the action must be documented and must be available to the advanced practitioner of homeopathy being examined.
