NAC631.007. “General anesthesia permit” defined.

“General anesthesia permit” means a permit that:

1. Is issued by the Board pursuant to NAC 631.2213; and

2. Authorizes the holder to administer general anesthesia, deep sedation and conscious sedation to a patient.
