NAC632.259. Controlled substances, poisons, dangerous drugs or devices that may be prescribed.

An advanced practitioner of nursing may only prescribe controlled substances, poisons, dangerous drugs or devices which are currently within the standard of practice in his or her identified clinical specialty.
