NAC632.265. Certificate of recognition: Submission of application and other documents.

A nurse registered in this State who wishes to obtain a certificate of recognition as an advanced practitioner of nursing must submit the following for the approval of the Board:

     1. An application on forms provided by the Board.

     2. The documentation required pursuant to NAC 632.2597.

     3. Any other information deemed relevant by the Board.
