NAC633.085. “Notify” interpreted for purposes of NRS 633.418.

For the purposes of NRS 633.418, the Board will interpret the term “notify” to mean that the Department of Corrections notifies the Board within 30 days after a person who holds an authorized facility license issued pursuant to NRS 633.418 ceases to practice osteopathic medicine in this State in an institution of the Department of Corrections.
