NAC633.120. Duties of officers.

  •      1. The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the Board and presides at all meetings of the Board. The President represents the Board when it is not in session, signs all papers when authorized by the Board, and performs such other duties as the nature of the office requires and which are assigned to him or her by the Board.

         2. If the President is absent or unable to act, the duties of the office devolve upon the Vice President, and if he or she is also absent or unable to act, the duties devolve upon the Secretary-Treasurer.

         3. The Executive Director shall:

         (a) Keep the books and accounts of the Board and the minutes of the meetings of the Board;

         (b) Collect and receive all money belonging to the Board;

         (c) Execute vouchers for the disbursement of the money;

         (d) Perform such other duties as the nature of the office requires and which are assigned to him or her by the Board; and

         (e) Keep the records of the proceedings of the Board relating to the issuance, refusal, renewal, suspension or revocation of licenses to practice osteopathic medicine in the State.
