NAC633.255. Revocation of suspended license upon failure to renew.

Latest version.

A license that the Board has suspended will be revoked pursuant to NRS 633.481 if:

1. The license expires during the period of suspension; and

2. The osteopathic physician fails to renew the license as set forth in NRS 633.471.
