NAC634.112. “Ancillary services” defined.

“Ancillary services” means services related to the practice of chiropractic that a chiropractor’s assistant is authorized to perform under the terms of the certificate issued to him or her by the Board. The term does not include acts that a chiropractor’s assistant is prohibited from performing pursuant to NAC 634.460.
