NAC634.530. Advertisement of affiliation with provider of health care.

A licensee shall not represent that he or she is affiliated within the same office with a provider of health care who is not licensed pursuant to chapter 634 of NRS unless that provider of health care spends at least 20 percent of his or her time in the licensee’s office.
