NAC636.110. “Do not meet the specifications of the American National Standards Institute” defined.

Latest version.

As used in NAC 636.120 to 636.200, inclusive, the phrase “Do not meet the specifications of the American National Standards Institute” means that the ophthalmic products:

1. Were not purchased from a manufacturer or wholesaler who warrants that they meet those specifications, if applicable; or

2. Do not meet those specifications, if applicable.
