  • As used in NAC 636.120 to 636.200, inclusive, the phrase “Do not meet the specifications of the American National Standards Institute” means that the ophthalmic products:

         1. Were not purchased from a manufacturer or wholesaler who warrants that they meet those specifications, if applicable; or

         2. Do not meet those specifications, if applicable.
