NAC636.142. Broadcast advertisements.

Any broadcast advertisement placed by an optometrist licensed to practice in this State must include an oral statement of the full name of the optometrist and his professional designation. Any disclaimer in the advertisement must be displayed or communicated in such a manner that a reasonable person would have the opportunity to read or hear and understand it.
