NAC636.250. Separation between office of optometry and other businesses required.

A licensee who locates his office in a part of a building where a person who is not licensed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 636 of NRS conducts business shall construct and maintain a partition or wall in such a manner as to ensure a clear separation between his office and the business of the person who is not licensed.
