NAC636.500. Request for hearing; filing answer.

Latest version.
  • A party or parties against whom an accusation is filed must, within 15 days of receipt of the accusation, notify the Board in writing whether a hearing on the accusation is requested. Failure to request a hearing will be deemed a waiver of the right to a hearing. However, the Board may grant a hearing notwithstanding the fact that the hearing was not requested within the 15 days allowed. If a hearing is requested, the respondent must file an answer within 20 days of receipt of the accusation.
