NAC637.125. Hearings and investigations; taking evidence.

In a manner consistent with the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, the Board may hold hearings and conduct investigations relating to its duties under this chapter and chapter 637 of NRS and take evidence on any matter under inquiry before the Board.
