NAC637.285. Evidence of enrollment in educational program on theory of ophthalmic dispensing.

Latest version.

An apprentice dispensing optician shall, within 3 months after the date of his or her initial licensure as an apprentice dispensing optician, submit evidence to the Board that he or she is enrolled in an educational program on the theory of ophthalmic dispensing approved by the Board.
