NAC637.300. Change of employer.

An amended application on a form prescribed by the Board must be submitted by an apprentice dispensing optician within 10 days after his or her employment changes. The Board will not approve more than 10 days of experience gained by an apprentice dispensing optician with a new employer before the amended application is received by the Board.
