A decision on a motion filed pursuant to NRS 622A.360 or 622A.390 will be rendered without oral argument unless oral argument is requested by the Board. If oral argument is requested, the Board will set a date and time for a hearing on the motion. The Board may authorize the President of the Board or his or her designee to rule on the motion without a hearing.
