NAC637A.035. Certification requirements.

- In addition to the educational requirements prescribed by NAC 637A.030, an applicant for a license as a hearing aid specialist who does not possess a doctoral degree in audiology must:
1. Be certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences; or
2. Obtain a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
