NAC637A.110. Statement of supervision.

An application for a certificate of registration as an apprentice must be accompanied by a statement of the sponsor of the applicant setting forth the type of supervision which will be given the apprentice and an outline of the training program to be followed in preparing the apprentice for future examination. The statement must also list the subjects to be covered and the books and other training materials to be used.
