NAC637B.240. Filing and availability of pleadings, motions and other papers.

Latest version.

The original and two legible copies of each pleading, motion or other paper must be filed with the Board. The Board may direct that a copy of each pleading or other document designated by the Board be made available by the party filing it to any other person whom the Board determines may be affected by the proceeding and who desires a copy.
