NAC638.220. Service of process.

     1. All notices, documents, advisory opinions and declaratory orders required to be served by the Board will be served by mail, and service is complete when a true copy of the document, properly addressed and stamped, is deposited in the United States mail. Parties will be notified either personally or by certified mail of any adverse decision or order.
