The Board hereby adopts by reference:

1. The Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals developed by the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America. 2. The Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals adopted by the Advanced Medical Technology Association.
