NAC639.260. Disciplinary action against pharmacy.

A pharmacy that requires or allows a pharmacist to use the services of a pharmaceutical technician in violation of any provision of this chapter or chapter 639 of NRS is subject to the disciplinary actions set forth in NRS 639.210.
