NAC639.401. Pharmacist authorized to engage in practice of pharmacy only at licensed pharmacy; exceptions.

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 639.403 and 639.412, a registered pharmacist may engage in the practice of pharmacy only at the site of a licensed pharmacy.
