NAC639.540. Notice of employment and termination of employment of certain pharmaceutical professionals.

The owner, manager, operator or other person in charge of any pharmacy, as that term is defined in NRS 639.012, shall, within 10 days after the employment or termination of employment of a registered pharmacist, intern pharmacist, pharmaceutical technician or pharmaceutical technician in training, give written notice to the Executive Secretary of that employment or termination. The notice must include the name, residential address and certificate number of the employee or former employee.
