The Board will issue a permit to operate a nuclear pharmacy only to a person who is a qualified nuclear pharmacist or who employs a qualified nuclear pharmacist. The permit to operate a nuclear pharmacy is effective only as long as the pharmacy also holds a current license issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Copies of reports of any inspection conducted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission must be made available on request for inspection by the Board.
