NAC639.595. Qualifications of employees who engage in storage or distribution of drugs.

Each wholesaler licensed by the Board shall ensure that any person the wholesaler employs who engages in the storage or distribution of drugs in a facility has the education and experience necessary to engage safely and lawfully in the storage or distribution of those drugs.
