NAC639.604. Maintenance and availability of list of wholesalers with whom manufacturer has ongoing relationship.

Each manufacturer shall maintain at its principal place of business a list of wholesalers with whom the manufacturer has an ongoing relationship. The list must be available for inspection upon a request by any authorized representative of a federal, state or local agency. The manufacturer shall provide a copy of the list upon request. The manufacturer may charge a fee to cover the cost of copying the list.
