NAC639.629. “Wholesaler” defined.

Latest version.

“Wholesaler” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 639.016 and is limited to a person licensed or registered by the proper regulatory agencies in one or more states that license or otherwise register wholesalers of prescription drugs.
