NAC639.6615. “Barrier isolator cabinet” defined.

- “Barrier isolator cabinet” means a device the interior of which creates an ISO Class 5 environment and provides an impermeable barrier to outside air at all times while it is being used for compounding purposes. The term includes, without limitation, compounding aseptic isolators and compounding aseptic containment isolators.
