NAC639.730. Inspection of damaged pharmaceuticals.

  • After a fire or other catastrophe in which pharmaceutical preparations, devices or appliances are damaged, the owner, operator or manager of the pharmacy shall not dispose of the damaged merchandise to any other person, until it has first been inspected and declared safe by the Board. If, in the opinion of the Board, such preparations, appliances or devices are unsafe or unfit for use, they must be destroyed.
