NAC639.755. Sale of preparations for treatment of asthma.

Latest version.

A preparation which:

1. Is intended and designed for the treatment of asthma; and

2. Contains hypnotic drugs in combination with drugs which are not hypnotic and which render the preparation incapable of producing a hypnotic effect,

Ê may be sold personally by a registered pharmacist without a prescription if the sale is made in good faith for that treatment.
