  • A pharmacy may use a computerized system to fill prescriptions if:

         1. A licensed pharmacist operates the system;

         2. The Board has conducted an inspection of the pharmacy, including an inspection of the system;

         3. The system has been tested and proven to dispense prescriptions accurately and the pharmacy has authorized the Board to perform or validate such tests at any time; and

         4. The pharmacy provides proof satisfactory to the Board that the pharmacy complies with the provisions of NAC 639.940 to 639.943, inclusive.
