NAC640.585. Personal responsibility for each patient on treatment schedule.

A physical therapist retains personal responsibility for each patient listed on the treatment schedule of the physical therapist for the duration of the period covered by that schedule, notwithstanding the employment of any other physical therapist at the same location.
