NAC640C.070. Reporting results of investigation of applicant.

The Board or its designee will report the results of an investigation of an applicant for a license to practice massage therapy, where practicable, at the next scheduled meeting of the Board immediately after the receipt of all the background information relating to the applicant that the Board or its designee deems necessary to conduct the investigation.
