NAC640C.310. Maintenance: Duties of massage therapist.

Latest version.

A massage therapist shall ensure that the massage establishment in which the massage therapist engages in the practice of massage therapy is:

1. Kept clean and free of litter or rubbish; and

2. Maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
