NAC640E.030. Validity of notice sent to licensee or applicant.

Any notice that is required by the provisions of this chapter or chapter 640E of NRS to be delivered by mail or electronically to a licensee or an applicant for a license to engage in the practice of dietetics shall be deemed to be validly given if the notice is sent to the last address or electronic mail address that was provided to the Executive Officer by the licensee or applicant.
