NAC641.139. Continuing education: Responsibilities of sponsor of course or program.

Latest version.

A sponsoring agency or organization of a continuing education course or program shall provide to the Board:

1. The attendance roster for the course or program; and

2. Written documentation for each licensee who successfully completed the objectives of the course or program.
