NAC641.1395. Continuing education: Investigation of complaint regarding course or program.

If the Board receives a written complaint concerning an instructor of a continuing education course or program, a sponsoring agency or organization, or both, the Board may investigate the complaint. The investigation may include a determination of the relevant facts and an investigation of the materials and records of the instructor for the course or program.
